I tried several random and working, except the great problems arose as a visual but not audio, not visual, or stop working after a minute of it. I prefer the places where all you have to do is upload the file, the website becomes for you and all you have to do is download the new file. However, if a free program is all you know, I'll take it. thanks in advance.

I've been making short films with my old mini DV video camera JVC for a while, but I'd like to start participating in competitions. The visual and audio quality is terrible and I would be ashamed to enter anything done with the camera.
  So my question is. . . What is a good, relatively cheap camera with good visual quality?
  and as a bonus question: Is there a program like Final Cut Pro, which are cheaper?
