Without having to use parental blockers, how do I disable access to a website from my PC at home? This particular site happens to have an audio / visual chat room and I want access to the entire site to be refused when attempting to log on. Any help would be great, thanks!

I have a couple of hundreds of music videos in my iTunes library. I want to extract the audio portion of these videos and discard images for you to get on my mp3 player. I ware free (specifically AoA Audio Extractor) that allows me to do this outside of iTunes, but I'm not sure how the songs in my iTunes library.
