Is Pimsleur A Visual Program?
The reason was because he wanted his Spanish Rosetta probably the only program i know visual language. I was surprised to read that most people recommend that more than Rosetta. Anyway, I'm a visual learner than a student of audio, so it's Pimsleur program any visual or auditory? And that's what he taught to read and write?
If you have any further advice – you can email me, thanks!

Pimsleur teaches you how to converse and read Spanish and that they do better than any other method I’ve tried and recommended. Rosetta Stone uses a flashcard method to teach the language. Like other flashcard methods (digital or otherwise), their method is geared towards expanding your vocabulary base. As a beginner, if you do not know the fundamentals of your new language, knowing many words won’t be of much recourse. I’ve witnessed students getting very discouraged and lose confidence in their ability to learn a language in this scenario. Knowing many words does not mean you know the language. Pimsleur’s method focuses on conversational skills to teach the fundamentalss of the language. I find that it does very well with new students as it is a real confidence builder, which is essential for new students. You will learn to train your ear to understand natives (an essential part of learning a new language often overlooked), develop very good pronunciation and get the fundamentals of the language under your belt. From there you can move, with much greater ease, to a more visual method to expand your vocabulary. It’s also half the price of RS (check Amazon for best prices.) Good luck.
